Yes, on medium heat in an
oven or under the grill. For instance, if warming the lobster preheat the grill
to a high heat. Put the lobsters on a grilling tray and warm under the grill
for 3-4 minutes.

If you live in the Beckenham area, you can call us and find out if we could arrange a same day delivery or collection. Deliveries would incur an extra charge. All orders would need to be placed early enough for the food to be prepared before our kitchens close at 7pm.

For customers outside south-east London, orders placed on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday and those orders placed on Thursday, will be delivered on Friday. All food can be eaten the day following delivery if preferred.

As we are cooking food to
order to ensure maximum freshness, we do not offer refunds. If something isn't quite right, or you're not happy in any way then we will make it our priority to rectify the situation. Please call us on 07577154474 or email info@seafoodboss.com as soon as possible.

Fresh seafood ordered by 9am can be delivered to your door the next day. We are partnered with DPD for your deliveries and your delivery should take place between 8am – 6pm.

We now have two days on which orders can be made. Orders placed on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday and those orders placed on Thursday, will be delivered on Friday. All food can be eaten the day following delivery if preferred.

DPD will send you SMS and email messages confirming your tracking details and expected delivery times. These also give you an opportunity to choose for your delivery to be put in a "safe place", or delivered to a neighbour if you are not available.
Please note, DPD may now attempt a second day delivery as our food is now packed to remain cold while in transit. But this second day delivery should not be relied on in all locations in the UK.

We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that have not been signed for, or for orders that have to be re-delivered.

We now accept orders on two days of the week ONLY.

National orders placed on Tuesday will typically be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursday will typically be delivered on Friday.

For Beckenham orders only, delivery or collection may be possible depending on the distance from our kitchens. Please call to discuss with our staff.

For national orders (outside of the Beckenham area in London), we deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. Food delivered on a Friday can be safely eaten on a Saturday.

We use DPD for our food deliveries. They cannot offer specific delivery time requests. You will be notified of their delivery slot but you cannot request a morning delivery.

Local orders in Beckenham, London are delivered or can be collected. The food is placed in large aluminium containers.

The chilled boxes sent our for national delivery are made from sturdy cardboard. Inside we place material to keep the contents cold and ice gel packs around the food. Seafood and sauces are individually packed to allow the recipient to mix food and sauce as they wish.

Yes! We deliver anywhere in England, Scotland (except Scottish Isles) and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

National orders can ONLY be placed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So your food will arrive on a Wednesday or Friday. There are some cases, where you may want food on a Saturday but you cannot order on a Friday. However food delivered on a Wednesday or a Friday can still be eaten the day following delivery.

Seafood Boss prides itself on the quality of the ingredients we use and the way we cook our food.

We want the items you order to reach you in perfect condition and we feel that a long travel time to your postcode will affect your eating experience.

Hot food orders for delivery are therefore limited to postcodes very close to Beckenham in SE London and a delivery charge will be made. If you wish to collect from locations further away from our kitchen then please call or text us to discuss the details.

We have the Chilled Boss Box available for delivery to all other locations in Greater London and nationwide.

Halal food is any food or product prepared and handled according to Islamic Sharia law, as interpreted in the Quran. All our food is Halal.

Whilst all our ingredients are gluten free, the food is prepared in an environment that
sometimes is exposed to cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats).
