This was honestly better than I expected delivered seafood would be. The prawns, potato and corn were well seasoned and juicy, the crab was meaty, and the sauce was flavourful and left an amazing smell in the kitchen after. So impressed, can't wait to order again

Yes, on medium heat in an oven or under the grill. For instance, if warming the lobster preheat the grill to a high heat. Put the lobsters on a grilling tray and warm under the grill for 3-4 minutes.
Hot food is delivered in aluminium foil containers.
The chilled boxes are made from sturdy cardboard. Inside we place material to keep the contents cold and ice gel packs around the food. Seafood and sauces are individually packed to allow the recipient to mix food and sauce as they wish.
Halal food is any food or product prepared and handled according to Islamic Sharia law, as interpreted in the Quran. All our food is Halal with the exception of the Pork Rib side dish.
Whilst all our ingredients are gluten free, the food is prepared in an environment that sometimes is exposed to cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats).

We have delivery options available for you if you live in England, Scotland (except the Scottish isles) and Wales. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND.

As we are cooking food to order to ensure maximum freshness, we do not offer refunds. If something isn't quite right, or you're not happy in any way then we will make it our priority to rectify the situation. Please call us on 07577154474 or email info@seafoodboss.com as soon as possible.
Fresh seafood ordered by 9am can be delivered to your door the next day. We are partnered with DPD for your deliveries and your delivery should take place between 8am – 6pm.
DPD will send you SMS and Email messages confirming your tracking details and expected delivery times. These also give you an opportunity to choose for your delivery to be put in a "safe place", or delivered to a neighbour if you are not available. Please note, DPD will not attempt a second day delivery due to the perishable nature of the food.
We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that have not been signed for, or for orders that have to be re-delivered.
Nationwide chilled box : Tuesday – Saturday.
Hot platters : Wednesday – Sunday. Beckenham orders only.
Yes, we offer Saturday delivery for both hot and chilled food. Orders will need to be placed on Friday by 10pm for local delivery of hot food and by 9am Friday for national delivery of a chilled box.
Local hot food orders can be delivered on Saturday mornings, but DPD cannot offer specific delivery requests for the courier service related to chilled boxes. You will be notified of their delivery slot but you cannot request a morning delivery.
Yes! We deliver anywhere in England, Scotland (except Scottish Isles) and Wales.
Our minimum order is £34.99
For beckenham orders please order by 10pm for a delivery between wednesday and sunday. For all other areas except the isles and Ireland please order by 9am for a delivery tuesday - saturday.

We want the items you order to reach you in perfect condition and we feel that a long travel time to your postcode will affect your eating experience. Therefore we have the Chilled Boss Box available for delivery to all locations.
